The “M” in Accommodation is missing.

And without it, accommodation loses its meaning.

The “M” stands for what too many workers are fighting to receive:

Meaningful accommodation. Meaningful action. Meaningful respect.

Today, that “M” is wounded by delays, silence, confusion, fear, and broken trust.

Many workers are left feeling unheard while trying to navigate systems they are told to trust.

But this movement is not about blame.

It is not about attacking people, organizations, or institutions.

Our mission is simple:

No shaming. No blaming. Only working together to bring the Missing “M” back.

We believe real change happens when:

Laws are respected

Processes are followed

Rights are understood

And people are treated with dignity

Obey the law.

Respect the process.

Work within the system.

But never forget your rights.

Because without the Missing “M,” there can be no true Accommodation Rights.

This is a call for awareness.

A call for accountability.

A call for humanity.

We are building a place where injured workers can finally be heard.

Workers Voice Channel — Coming Soon

Stay tuned. Your voice matters.

We will speak clearly.

We will document carefully.

We will respond professionally.

We will stand together respectfully and lawfully.

Not to destroy the system —

but to help fix it.

Because sometimes the only way to improve the system…

is to stay in the system and demand that it works as intended.

And through unity, knowledge, persistence, and courage —

we can bring the Missing “M” back.

Remember:

You have rights.

Your voice matters.

And those rights are protected by law.
